Ah, finally the temptation to write back on this blog : )
This isn't a reflection post but more to a post on the highlights I encountered last year. There were many achievements unlocked and I have God to thank for. Really!
Opportunities come and THEY KEEP COMING I TELL YOU!
Thank you big guy <3
Achievements #1
I've always wanted, not always but more like DESIRE to perform and dance back in highschool. As you all may know, I'm a k-pop music fan (A LEGIT ONE), and seeing great artists perform like how they do on stage fascinates me.
Got me thinking,
how does it feel like performing at the stage, performing something you have interest in, performing something you intend to express?
Well, I enrolled into Dance Club eversince my first year of college with the intention of learning the basics of dancing and exploring the dance field. Like I'm about to tell you, the opportunity came last year January where a close dance friend of mine (now my crew member), asked if I wanna join her crew for a dance competition.
Not just any dance competition but a KPOP dance competition.
I thought to myself,
"Why not? Right?"
I guess God heard me, wait no. He DID heard me, he always hears me out : ) Consequently, that's how my desire to perform and dance slowly unravel like a blooming flower. Long story short, my dance crew, Evolution Crew won 3rd place in the competition. My first ever achievement in dancing. Our first ever achievement : )

2nd runner up wohooooo |
I was HAPPY! All the mixed emotions of confusion and happiness at the same time like QWRITUIOUROWIRUQORIUWQORIQUROQORUQOR1049RJ110RU019U109RU1RU9UR171R7717171771717171888888888****$&$&$&$& HAHAHA
No kidding!
So from there, slowly I started being active in dancing and performing. Became a Kpop dancer (with a hip hop background). Also, slowly my college dance club APIBOLA were active too. Events after events, flashmob after the other and guess what?
APIBOLA joined Hiruscar's dance competition last year and we SET THE STAGE ON FIYAHH BABY!
So proud of us getting 2nd place! (Although I strongly think our crew deserves to win champion).
Blessed to be part of Evolution Crew and APIBOLA <3
Achievement #2 Domestic traveling with friends
I fancy trips with friends to different states or to a suitable location for camping and all that. Outdoors! LOVE THEM!
Last year, I got to travel to Johor because Evolution Crew participated in the Johor Kpop Dance Competition.
Therefore, the trip!
And it wasn't just any normal trips with the girls but it was a CRAZY ONE!
Although we placed 12th in the competition, I'm glad to experience these journey with the girls.

After the competition ended, we stayed over at the house they provided and yeah, not to mentioned, we visited our dance crew's house too because Johor is her hometown!
So after it ended, the judges invited all the participating dance crews for a drink and all of us drove to this nearby mamak for a drink and chit chat with the judges andddd also the other kpop crews. It was an enjoyable night, getting to know all of them personally and creating funny moments HAHAHA
PAPAPAPAPA! *waves glowing light sticks!*
I'd still remember that Evolution crew were the earliest group to sleep but we were the last one to check out from the house AAHAHAHAHHAA WERTTTT!
Till this day, I'm still active in dancing. I have a big heart for going big this year in terms of dance and at the same time improving my dance skills. It keeps me going!

Next, would be the trip with my CF family to Ipoh! Our club president's hometown! It was a one day trip filled with good food, good company, awesome hospitality and enjoyable moments together : )
This trip was only for the core committees.
Such a pity our treasurer could not make it, if not the trip will be more amazebolls! Hehe
We basically went food hunting and OMG the food in IPOH! <3 <3 <3
So tasty! I could still remember vividly the scorching heat though :/

Achievement #3 Get a part time job and earn some monnnnehhhhhhh $
I just had to. Like seriously, I've always wanted to earn my own salary from a part time job. Finally my parents allowed and supported me last year!
So I had 2 part time jobs, the first ever was being a Sales promoter in Marks & Spencer @ One U. Please believe me when I say this- I was so nervoussss on the first day! Overwhelmingly nervous hahahaha. I was in charge of the Ladies department together with the other part timers. They are friendly and nice :D
Sometimes I'd be keeping the unorganized clothes hanging on the rack and ensuring I put it back to the right section, while sometimes I'd be busy handling the Fitting Room; greeting customers and also unpacking the hanger so that the customers can try the outfit. While most of the time, I'm running around checking orders for customers LOL
During break time, because the schedule is placed randomly, I did not have the chance to have the same break time with the other part timers and hence, I'd go for lunch and dinner all by myself in One U.
It's not strange at all, but rather I enjoyed the freedom and the experience of roaming around by myself.
It gave me the sense of independence I've been longing for and it made me felt good. Makes me feel like I'm a responsible adult and I can handle myself and care for my needs without depending on other people.
One thing though, Don't blame me but I'm a Malaysian- I DONT KNOW WHERE TO EAT DURING BREAK TIME HAHAHAHAHA!
I actually made a list of coffee shops or food outlets that I can go to before I started my work, but they are always pack with customers during my break time :/
What I usually do is go to Toastbox and order my lunch from there. Actually, most of the time, I packed bread from home and have them as pre-dinner or lunch.
Saves money ; )
And also, by packing bread from home and having them during lunch breaks, I get to have more TIME to walk around and lurk in H&M hahahahhaa and do some window shopping.
HEY, I'm a girl after all ;D
Although it's just a 1 week promoting job, I gained many useful experiences and got to encounter the working part of life.
Second part time job I got was being a promoter in Vitacare's exhibition at Citta Mall. It's only for 3 days but it was wort the time and experience.
I've learnt how using effective promotional skills are used and wow, it does works!
The exhibition store sells a variety of food products. Like honey, healthy juices, baby food, peanut butter, korean products and even coffee!
Many customers came to drop by because the honey was sold at a very very cheap price!
I saw this uncle and I believe he's a BIG FAN OF HONEY YO! He bought like 3 baskets full of the small madukka honey hahaha WOW.
Achievement #4 JUMPSTREET WOHOOOOOOOOOO
There were many stories on how awesome and cool Jumpstreet is and thanks be to God, I got the chance to play at the fun trampoline park! YEHETT WOHOOOOO :D
I went twice last year and it get's better every time!
END!
OH!!!
Ps: GUESS WHO CAME BACK FROM AUSTRAAAAALIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA <3
My bestfriend came back secretly from Brisbane and she left me clues signalling she's back but I'm so silly, slow and pabo to decipher those hints she uploaded in Instagram!
I'm such a bad bestfriend :/
HAHAHAA when I found out she's back in Malaysia after so many decades (just joking, months actually), I literally laughed at myself for now being observant enough to spot she's back!
No wonder I knew something fishy was going on!
Anyways, best ending gift of 2014: BESTFRIEND IS BACK! <3
She's so adorbs and I miss her lots :D
Looking forward to hangout and have our 2nd catch-up session again over good food and coffee ; )
Anticipating 2015! I know it's gonna be full of fun and exciting surprises!
More of God yeah : )
Gonna be digging down deeper.
Yours truly,
Peige.
